For scaredy
Shah of Persia - about 400 metres at max. from the college, literally down a hill outside the hotel.

Fleetwater Guest House - about 50 metres further away (you'll walk past the Shah to get to the college)

Danecourt Lodge - about 100 metres away, the space between Danecourt Rd and North Road is the college and there's an entrance on Danecourt Rd.

Blue Shutters - about 2 min walk from the college at the other end of the road

I don't know how good any are, but there aren't many b+b's in Poole and these have been around for years so if they weren't any good, they would have closed.
All within spitting distance of my old house and about 2 minutes through an alleyway into the back of the college - I'm sure Charlie would share his sofa with you at my ex's place
