MY HOUSE MATE HAD 2 ACCOUNTS WITH THE EGG PEEPS......HE GOT BACK £4528.34p



Bless him he's well chuffed........(he's treated us to a bender in Benidorm!!)

However, one of the loans was settled more than 6 yrs ago and they will not cough up for that one. They say they do have the paper work as it's outside the timescale. Basically said if I dont like it to complain to FOS. Is it worth ringing and asking for a token payment?!? Or should I complain and see what happens........

I did see someone who won back PPI from Halifax dating back to 2002.....any advise??!!

I would write back on the other if this was not the final decision, if they still do not resolve in favour then move on to the FOS.
