Quick Question FTB here
Just a quick question. We've had our offer accepted on the house we've seen, we're ready to instruct the solicitors but are getting confused.
What I want to know is where does the surveyor fit into this? Does the surveyor come with the conveyancing fees included from the solicitors?
Then obviously the lender sends out the valuator.
I'm confused lol, sorry if this is basic.
Thanks.

The valuer can also be your surveyor, discuss with your lender the different levels they offer.
Or you specify your own surveyor.
The solicitor has nothing to do with surveys, except possibly in Scotland which is different.Act in haste, repent at leisure.
