The prize

1. The winner can choose any property advertised on www.holidaylettings.co.uk for holiday accommodation to which £1,000 of the cost will be contributed to by holidaylettings.co.uk.

1. The prize is non transferable and no prize alternative is available.

1. Dates are subject to availability and the booking must be made before 31st December 2010.
2. The winner will be asked to contact the property advertiser directly via their advert on www.holidaylettings.co.uk to enquire about dates and availability for the accommodation required. Once an agreement for a booking has been made between the winner and the property advertiser, the winner must notify Holiday Lettings by email with the Home ID of the accommodation. Holidaylettings.co.uk will then make the payment direct to the property advertiser up to the amount of £1,000.
3. Holidaylettings.co.uk will not provide cash or any other alternative for the shortfall should the cost of the accommodation be lower than the amount of £1,000.
4. Should the cost of the chosen accommodation exceed the amount of £1,000 the winner will be liable to pay the excess to the property owner.

1. There may be additional terms and conditions imposed by the accommodation owner/manager, which must be complied with and holidaylettings.co.uk will not be responsible for your failure to comply with these.

1. Holidaylettings.co.uk advises all homeowners and potential holidaymakers to confirm all terms and conditions of the rental contract in writing, in advance of the rental.
2. Flights, transfers, travel insurance and incidental expenses are not included in the prize. You must make your own travel arrangements and are responsible for arranging adequate travel insurance.
3. You must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which you may incur in connection with the prize.
4. You must comply with and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for the destination.
