How to get FVF back..?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can point out how to do this? As someone bought an item from me & the item has gone missing in the post... I have refunded them through paypal and made a claim with Royal Mail.

Can I get my FVF back, wtihout the buyer getting an unpaid item strike? I'm sure it used to be called a mutual agreement, but can't figure out how to do it anymore :o

Thanks.

    Hi,

There are a couple of ways to do it, the easiest for me to explain is probably:

In your my ebay use your "account" tab...select "resolution centre"
From there it's "I sold an item" "I want to cancel a transaction" then "continue" then you will be required to fill in the item number.

    Hope that helps x
