Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary – free prize draw.
2. Only people aged 18 or over may enter.
3. Closing date for free prize draw 16.04.2010.
4. Winners will be picked at random from all entries received before 23/04/2010
5. Winners will be notified within 21 days of closing date by either email or phone.
6. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of notification, another prize winner will be drawn and the original prize winner forfeits the prize.

1. The first prize includes: All inclusive accommodation in a one bedroom suite for two adults, and two children (under the age of 12, for the flight cost as per SLTB), and seven nights at Almond Smugglers Cove on the island of St Lucia and £400 spending money. Return Economy flights will be provided by the St Lucia Tourist Board travelling from London (Gatwick) and subject to availability at the time of booking.
   1. Domestic transfers are not included.
   2. This prize must be taken and return between 01.05.2010 – 30.11.2010.
   3. Transfers to and from arrival airport and hotel are not included.
   4. Reservations can be made no more than three months in advance of departure, and are subject to availability.
   5. Almond Resorts reserve the right to move your competition prize booking to an alternative Almond Resort up to your arrival date at the hotel.
   6. Winner is responsible for organising own travel insurance if required.
2. Runners up prizes include: 20 x The Spy Next Door goody bags
3. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
4. One entry per household.
5. There is no cash alternative.
6. The prize is non transferable and non refundable.
7. Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize draw not open to employees of Snappy Snaps, Momentum Pictures, Almond Resorts or the St Lucia Tourist Board or any person directly or indirectly involved with these organisations or their direct family members.

16. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

17. Any personal data submitted to the Promoter for the purposes of entering the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy .Where applicable, the Promoter shall be entitled to give your name and address to the Prize Provider.

18. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to advise of any changes to the Promotion but reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, amend or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

19. The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant participating in the Promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize, including all direct, indirect and/or consequential loss or damage.

1. These Terms and Conditions including any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in London.
2. If any provision in Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force
