Give us a clue.
Whatever program is version 1.9.0.7 is the wrong version and you need to update the program.
Edit:
Seems to be a Firefox problem. See http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=tr&forumId=1&comments_parentId=294873 . This suggests XULrunner is to blame, try a new install of Firefox. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
This likely to be something to do with Firefox and XUL Runner probably a naff firefox update.Try getting the latest update from Firefox ( Help > Check for updates).
If that doesn't work you could try taking the following steps which should sort it out.- First of all back up your user data. You almost certainly will not need it but it is better to be safe. See Backing up your information
- Download the latest version of Firefox http://www.mozilla.com
- Uninstall Firefox, if you are using the Firefox 3 uninstaller do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations"
- Make sure that there are no files or folders left in the installation folder, default location C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- Re-install Firefox
