Advice re new house purchase and assisted move

We have seen a new build we'd like to buy. the housing development have offered assisted move on our property. The new house will be held for 4 weeks whilst we find a buyer and then the property will be reserved for us.

The HD sent round 3 agents and we were happy with their valuations, however the agents were all from a neighbouring town and not our local village.

I did request a specific agent who sells pretty much most stuff in our village but they were not happy with the multiple agent percentage so have declined (fair enough).

My concern is that if the 3 agents from the next town are used, they wont get the people through their door who would be looking to buy in our village. The HD have said that if we really want our local agent then we would have to pay the difference to make up the percentage which would be about £800.

As we need a buyer within 4 weeks, does it really matter if our property goes on with the agents from the next town? Our property will also feature on RightMove.
