my last 3 buys from quidco have not been noticed by my pc, i have cookies enabled and using IE8, i have informed quidco but they just tell me to wait 60 days and rereport the purchases.

is it better to use another browser when i buy items using the quidco site??
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Tracking depends on the merchant server using tracking information from the Quidco link. This can be messed up if you visited the merchant site directly earlier and didn't clear your cookies.

I use FireFox for browsing so for making a Quidco purchase I fire up IE, clear all cookies, login in on Quidco, visit merchant via the Quidco link. That way I don't need to clear all my cookies in FireFox.

Even if it tracks, it's not guaranteed. I've just been declined £15 which was tracked from day one:mad: so i'm going to try topcashback to see if it performs better than quidco........

I suggest you open an enquiry with Quidco. I was once declined a tracked transaction but after opening an enquiry the decision was reversed and I got the cash.
Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!

By all means try TCB but my experience of Quidco over 4 years or so is that I've received payments for everything eventually although sometimes I had to raise queries.

I've even had two payments I wasn't entitled to - one for a contract mobile phone I sent back then bought a different one which also got cashback - the other was where I abandoned a purchase at the checkout because I though the P&P was too high.
