Would you buy a property if it ticked every box...

This bit stands out to me. You would have thought that the people who are buying the other properties would at least have looked into this one. What is it about the house that it hasn't sold?

Have you used property bee to see if it has been reduced?

If the pricing is right, then could it be that a survey has found things about it?

Bear in mind that although you say you can do the inside up nicely, it is the outside that people will see first when you come to resell it.
