Would someone please clarify for all us newbies out there attempting to reclaim PPI-
Step1 Send £10 and 1st letter template to request original agreement and statements of the account.
Step 2 Send Martyns 2nd template letter, if unsuccessful step 3 letter??
Apologies for being thick but it can be confusing.
NOTE: If you have original agreement do you just need to send off the £1 with the 1st letter.

If you have the original agreement then you dont require another one or the statements ( It will tell you on your agreement how much PPI was added )
Work out how much PPI you were charged.
Write a letter ( Can be found in Templates ) Unable to post links i'm afraid! In this letter state the reasons why you were mis-sold.
Send letter by Recorded post.
They have 8 weeks time limit, make sure they stick to YOUR time limits.
