    Not too impressed to see this thread back to the top with more horror stories as I'm dropping mine off with them on Saturday morning. :eek:

    On the positive side I've spoken to three people who have been to this branch and all have been happy with the work so maybe I might live near a decent branch.

    Once I get it back I'll share the good, bad or ugly news.

    Just picked it up this morning, only a day later than initially advised. Initial impressions are they've done a good job - but need to check it out properly in detail.
