second best - within that group not necessarily third though - to a conveyancing solicitor.
It is a generalisation but gorup v group, solicitor of course hands down as they are widely trained in other areas of law where conveyancing can impact.
But go with a LC, I can only bring a horse to waterMy posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:
My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o0 -
What an absolutely ridiculous sweeping remark and coming from someone who is obviously so desperate for work that these are the lengths you will sink to
But ok timmyt - have it your way - let's all agree with you that anyone who uses any firm other than yours is making a very bad and costly mistake
Just save everyone's time and provide all posters with details of the perfect " solicitor" who will provide a far superior service to that that any other conveyancer could offer
Put us all out of our misery - tell us which firm actually employs you
Give us all a laugh0 -

no no, i don't seek work from MSE, but it would be nice if people on the opposite side of me would use decent conveyancers and not end up posting on this website for instance.
i keep giving pointers to ensure your conveyancer is a good one.
