    Hi there

Sorry If I am not reading into this properly, but if you require your agreement and this have been a settled finance you can give it a try by writing to request for a copy of the agreement for a £1 payable by postal order or cheque payment and they have 12 days to send this to you.

I assume if you require Statements then it may be worth it by requesting for a Subject Access Request (SAR) which costs £10 postal order or cheque payment and they have 40 days to comply, this SAR request they should send you everything they hold on your on your account(s) including statements, where if you just request for statements alone without the SAR request this may possibly cost the same, but then you would not receive everything they may still hold on you like a SAR request which should include everything.

Sometimes they do not send the agreements though with a SAR request and some do, but if you only require the agreement that is just a £1 and a SAR for everything including statements is £10.

Hope this helps.;) And apologies if I have mis read.

Sorry forgot to add in my above post.

In regards of reclaiming, you can continue to do this just as long as you have the agreement number, Martin's link below of the guidelines of reclaiming includes templates reclaiming letters, you can use them if you want to or as a guide with using your own words and of course for whatever reasons you have for being mis sold.
