Perfect....now just trim £10 off your expenses so that it exactly matches your income and you're away.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Now got to put this into my paper work somehow. I have added my LHA but I havent had any payments yet.. So no statements to prove it. Do I need bank statements??? I dont ever get paper ones. Everything is online viewing only?.Mum of 5 lovely chidren.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

eventually the OR asks for bank statements, she asked me for one years, i printed my bank ones off the online system. if you don't have statements don't worry the OR can get them straight from the bank/cc company relatively easily0
