The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to Hair radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 29th march – 1st April (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition:
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th March and closes at 9am on Thursday 1st April.
For Monday 29th March execution, the online entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th of March and closes at 9am on Monday 29th March
For Tuesday 30th March execution, the online entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th of March and closes at 9am on Tuesday 30th March
For Wednesday 31st March execution, the online entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th of March and closes at 9am on Wednesday 31st March
For Thursday 1st April execution, the online entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th of March and closes at 9am on Thursday 1st April
Listeners nominate someone online who brings sunshine into your life and could be winning the ultimate London theatre night out package
Listeners will have to register their own and their nominated person’s details online.
During the competition week, a randomly selected entrant will be chosen each day to come to air with the person they have nominated to play for the ultimate London theatre night out*
Entries will be chosen at random by heart and contacted prior to the competition round. If an entrant does not respond to the call after reasonable effort to be contacted by Heart, they will forfeit their right to play and Heart will pick another entrant at random.
1.2 Online entry opens at 6am on Wednesday 24th March and closes at 9am on Thursday 1st April. 2 people will be chosen at random from all the entrants to win the online prize.
