Cruise Insurance - Any tips?

We are off on our first cruise this September to the Caribbean.
Just wondered if there is any specific insurance for cruises as we are going in Hurricane season (just my luck!!!!!).
I have done a insurance quote search, and there are few that offer it seperatly, but off course the premium is higher.
Just want to know if it is worth paying extra for peace of mind, or do cruises fall into the normal travel insurance policy.
