Sorry am I missing something yes I signed up to a verbal contract , but now BT have changed the contract 6-6 now 7-7 for some reason ! Spoke to BT - they have the right to change contract without asking - its in the contract !
Are they correct ?
Er, yes & no.
There is a term in the contract that allows for a variation. They don't need to ask anyones approval, but they should give notice of such change. Where the change creates a material disadvantage, then it explains how you may terminate the contract.
