First Time Buyer Savings Account

Not sure if this is applicable here or the savings forum - but I remember seeing a mention of a first time buyers isa account - I think you could save up to £30,000 as long as you had never owned a home before.
Does this ring any bells with anyone and would you know whom or where I can find some more information out about it?

theres a santander where you can save 5k in immediately and put 300 qui in each month etc.0

Natwest also does something similar. Not sure if its on website but got offered when i went into branch.0
