Returned parcel

Hi
I had a parcel returned this morning, which was posted a week or so ago, with a Royal Mail sticker on saying addressee unknown
The address had no house number on just a Lane, this was the same on buyers details on Ebay and Paypal, however, checking on the Royal Mail postcode / address finder this morning, the numbers go upto 167.
How do I stand now, do I pay to return? I only made 75p out of the sale after charges and posting, and if I have to pay to return, that's £1.85. Not the greatest amount to be worrying about I know, just very annoying
Thanks for any advice

Hi, Personally if it was me in the situation I would contact the buyer and politely explain that the parcel has been returned you (as it was posted a week ago they may be wondering where their item is) I would ask them to confirm their full address and I would then re-send it and move on. Yes it's annoying but it's not worth falling out with your buyer for the sake of the return cost.0

i would ask the buyer if they want a refund minus postage or if they want to pay for it to be resent0
