Renault Laguna timing belt replacement- Costs?

I know this is a bit like asking how long is a piece of string,
BUT,
anyone got an idea on how much it would be to supply and fit a timing belt for an '05 Renault Laguna 2.0L?
My car is now 5 years old and the servicing handbook says the timing belt needs replaced at 5 years or 72000 miles, my car has only done 20000 miles and recently we only do 2000 miles a year so mileage isn't the issue but time! Our local garage said they would look at replacing it whilst doing the MOT, the car had to get some remedial work to pass the MOT and they said when re-booking the car they would do the timing belt then. NOW they say they don't have the tools to do the 2.0L but they can do the 1.6L:think:, me thinks they cannot be bothered.
So, how much do you think I'll be looking at, either local garage that's willing or main dealer. Obvioulsy I'm going to phone around but looking for a ball park figure to start with.
Thanks in advance!

A mate of mine just had his Laguna done, I think it was around £250.
I'd ask him but he's on holiday at the minute.Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0 -

Thanks for that, been phoning around garages in Edinburgh, quotes go from £240 up to £500+. The cheapest is an independent garage that specialises in Reanult, think that'll be the one I go for.
Again, many thanks!0
