Vonage box and wireless router issue, please help

Good morning everyone,
Could someone please help me out with my problem? I am on virgin media cable broadband. I have connected a vonage box for voip calls. I have recently received a belkin wireless router for cable. I am at my wits end as to how to connect it. Do I need some kind of adapter? Any help deeply appreciated.

Do you have any pictures of the boxes and the connections? I would have thought that the vonage box would connect to the belkin router via ethernet and then the router connect its DSL port to the Cable Modem unless it has the cable modem built in?0
