    or as above from jacktyler.

I complained last week - their online price for The Mirror newspaper was listed as 50p, having just bought that day's copy I didn't think they would increase the price overnight (Thursday/Friday). So I emailed the above. Someone from Dundee phoned my mobile while I was in class (so I couldn't answer it) and left a message saying that 50p was the correct price. However, when my shopping had been delivered, the del note stated the price at 45p. So I emailed back (as he had emailed as well as phoning) and blow me - he phoned again today, at home, and as a 'gesture of goodwill' has sent me a £10 voucher off my next online shop!

I do object to a lot of Tesco practices, but in this instance I can only say Well Done to them - ten quid for 05p and they didn't even overcharge me anyway, it was just that their website was wrong!
Ooh, I've gotta little star! What's that for then?!!
