Morning
Can somebody give me some advice please; I have set up the POP3 option to send/receive mail from outlook express, when I open OE to receive mail it chucks me off the internet so I cant access it & it’s the same when I want to send something as well but no error report comes up. I have to keep logging on to the internet to be able to send/receive mail.
What boxes do I need to tick to make sure this does not keep happening.
Sorry not very good at explaining things, hope somebody can help
Thank you.

I don't have outlook express on my machine as it is now Windows Live Mail so I am trying to remember! I think you need to look in the send and receive options (tools menu I think) and untick the disconnect after send / receive.0
