part time 2nd job sick pay??

I am currently off work sick. I have two jobs, 1 full time, no problem I receive full sick pay. 2nd job i work part time and they have said that as I do not pay nat ins, I am not intitaled to sick pay ....is this so?:( help please

Your entitlement or otherwise under any sick pay scheme run by your employer will depend on your contract with your employer.
Your entitlement or otherwise under the statutory sick pay scheme will depend on the rules of that scheme. They may be correct but you do not have to actually pay NI to qualify. You need an average weekly wage of £95 or more during the test period for qualifying. NI is not actually paid until your weekly earnings reach £110 so between these figures you can qualify but will not pay NI.0
