Yes but a good seller would also refund the return postage as the item is SNAD. Therefore OP is only asking the OP to pay to have the curtains returned safely, and since OP holds all the cards here and seller can do nothing i would just remain polite and calm, but very firm and say you are happy to return the items once return postage has been paid.

OP, if you do return the goods then they really ought to go tracked, this seller sounds a little odd and i wouldn't trust them at all any more.

Sorry, it sounded as though you were. I'm daft. I'll put it differently - In an ideal world, what would you like to happen now? Then maybe we can work around the Paypal policy to get you there.
