Bizarre seller has refunded me - now what?

I don't understand what your dilema is. You have all your money. You have the curtains. Paypal would require you to return them at your expense anyway. It's just the way it's set up to work. Using Paypal means it's useful to know a little about how they play things.
Yes but a good seller would also refund the return postage as the item is SNAD. Therefore OP is only asking the OP to pay to have the curtains returned safely, and since OP holds all the cards here and seller can do nothing i would just remain polite and calm, but very firm and say you are happy to return the items once return postage has been paid.
OP, if you do return the goods then they really ought to go tracked, this seller sounds a little odd and i wouldn't trust them at all any more.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'm not in a dilemma. I'm just confused as the seller has refunded me in full, for an item which I would have been happy to purchase at full price if as described, and happy to keep and get altered with a partial refund to cover these costs.
Sorry, it sounded as though you were. I'm daft. I'll put it differently - In an ideal world, what would you like to happen now? Then maybe we can work around the Paypal policy to get you there.0
