Can anyone help? I've got a "sorry, we missed you" card from IE - it's some stationery for a charity job that I do.
The options I have are to
** collect from depot (which I can do - it's not a million miles away, but they want me to specify a date and time)
**Leave it in a safe place at my delivery address (I don't have a place that is deemed "safe" by them)
**Change Delivery details (which means I can have it redelivered to my address)
**Upgrade delivery (which allows me to have a morning delivery, but I have to pay for it!)
I work full time, so not much point in rearranging the delivery, and I can't have it delivered to work.
I want to go and collect it, but I can't really say what time I would be there - and it says that if I don't collect at my specified time, the item gets sent back (which means the charity lose out).
Can I just chance my arm and go to the depot and hope they will be sensible? Or do I really have to book a collection slot??
