Any advice please

We have a big delivery on 5th August and will have a have a hectic weekend of support and the subsequent week is busy so I have booked the week after that off .. first days off this year.

I have absolutely no idea what I want to do or where to go ... does anybody have any suggestions? Unfortunately the point of origin is Belfast (which usually means pay extra) ... there is probably about £600-900 in the kitty (for absolutely everything .. flights, hotel, food, spending, strip shows, shopping, beachware etc. .. oh and the missus has to come as well).

Come on someone tempt me with something .. please. I finish work on Friday evening 11th August and have to be back in work on 21st August. Any ideas? I thought I could walk nito a TA and simply ask them what last minute deals they had ... tried several this weekend and they had nothing. I need help here .. if not DW will be expecting me to do decorating (thats how desperate I am)

School hols Ivan, you could always get a flight to Manchester and do my decorating!

Seriously how about looking for a cheap flight on the flightchecker and organising a car and just going where the fancy takes you? OR if the weather is good you could do a lot worse that a week in the West of Ireland. there are some stunning places to see, Have you been?

And finanlly if the cheapest flight you can find is across to Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds it's your destiny to bring your paintbrush!:cool:
