  • Yes I use Firefox and it says it will only work with Firefox if you install their additional add-on, which I tried but it said the add-on hadn't been updated to work with the latest version of Firefox so it wouldn't accept it.

    Hi can anyone help me please. Im trying to use the free legal registry cleaner as above but when i go to click on it a message comes up saying " Internet explorer has blocked this site from using an activex control in an unsafe manner. As a result this page might not display correctly " and this is as far as i get. Can anyone tell me what i need to do to sort this please.

    that's what is happening when I try too. I'm just leaving it for a bit as the little circle is spinning round which makes it look like it's doing something and if I click on CTRL/ALT/DELETE it isn't showing as not responding, so I'm hoping it's scanning.

    Perhaps someone else can let us know if this is the case? :)

    Yes i got as far as the little circle spinning round but that was it. I wish i knew all about pc s lol
  • When I try i get the following message


    The instruction at "0x06af0068" referenced memory at "0x06af0068". The memory could not be "written".
    Click OK to terminate the program
    Click on CANCEL to debug the problem

    But it freezes my ie window so I have to ctrl, alt, del to get rid of it!!!

    HELP!!!!!!!
