Virgin Media help please

I have been receiving unwanted junk mail/promotional material from Virgin Media regularly and over a fairly long period. At first these mailings were addressed to me personally so I returned the mail with a sticker pointing out that I am registered with MPS and to cease. Virgin Media then changed the address to 'the occupier' which is not covered by MPS regulations and the number of mailing has increased. Of course VM are not responding when I return mail to them. :mad:

My enquiries so far and led me to believe that VM must cease this mailing if requested but I can't find any way to contact them -apart from the return address of PO Box 691 Halifax HX1 1WB and whoever is there is not taking any notice or not able to remove my address from the database.

Could anyone help with a name/address please? The online contact form is only for customers and requires account details.

I find the occupier mailings get delivered to everyone on the street. Have you stopped getting the other junk that royal mail deliver?
