            They are cutting jobs at DD2's nursery. Hers is the only guaranteed job at the same level and pay. Everybody else has to apply for jobs with less hours/levels of pay. She has to go in on Friday to talk with people who sre putting the plan together. A colleague rang to tell her that they are saying she must come back full time to keep job.0

I can't see how, if tey are cutting the hours of others, they can justify refusing her request.
