confused about "buy it now"

I'm a long time ebayer seller but I have rarely used the "buy it now" option due to my long hours at work and not getting the time to post the items but now that I do less hours I have recently started using buy it now option:
http://shop.ebay.co.uk/vioetmystic/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340
But the first item at the top - the buy now it option has disappeared and I thought maybe I missed it but I when I to edit the listing it says I have done it! It does have a bid does that have something to do with it?

thankyou very much - I never knew that. I could've sworn I have seen the odd listing with both a bid and buy it now option but I guess I'm wrong0

You could well have done if there was also a reserve. The BIN in that case would remain until a bidder reached the reserve price.
A blooming expense way of listing though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
