Powerpoint question

How can I email a powerpoint presentation, so that when the recipient receives it, it will open up in slideshow mode?

    Save it as .pps This will open as a slideshow. If you save as .ppt it opens up in the Powerpoint program ready to be edited. If you already have it saved as .ppt just right click the file, and rename it ending .pps

    email the .pps file.

    If they don't have Powerpoint. They can download a free Powerpoint viewer from Microsoft. This allows you to open, but not edit Powerpoint files.

    Is it possible to add music to a power point presention that will play all the way through the slides playing? I can only add music to each slide and when the next slide shows the music stops! Probably me but I thought I'd ask, thank you to anyone who might be able to help me. :confused:
