Any advice please?

Hi I know this is not exactly money saving but would like to ask for some help if thats ok. I have a cross staff dog. Shes 11 months old and about an hour ago she came out in lumps and bumps all over her body. I think its an allergy to something and she already has appointment to see the vet in the morning but it is irritating her and I was wondering if you have any ideas on how to make her comfortable until she gets to the vet?

All I can think of is trying to stop her from irritating them (Licking/scratching/biting them) maybe put a t-shirt on her (Sometimes a childs one or small adults vest can fit) or a collar if you have one. What advice did the vet give? Is she flea free? If not you could remove as many as possible & treat her? Someone will be along soon!

Thanks for replying, she is flea free, and is now sleeping so hopefully she will be ok til morning. I have a sneaking suspicion she has had a bite off something in the garden or eaten something she shouldn't have (like my plants)!

it does sound like an allergic reaction. why dont u give ur vets out of hours service a call for advise, as u maybe to give an anti histamine to make her more comfortable during the night
