Are you remembering to keep your receipts? You can get your points added on when your new card arrives.

Yes you can use the 342 and the £5 No 7 voucher. I asked instore yesterday and was told it was fine, the girl on the till didnt query it either and it went through the till ok.

You can combine any of the 3 for 2 no matter what brand it is.
I did it three times today using my voupons and got a right result every time!

I would phone them, they are pretty useless when it comes to replacing a lost card. My OH needed a new one and it took 3 months and numerous phonecalls, just keep at them and you will eventually get one. It is annoying as you lose out on the bonus points, you will get all your points if you keep your receipts from your spend instore though. If it takes much longer I would complain that you are losing out on your bonus points and they may give you a few as a gesture of goodwill although they do not tend to be too generous on that front!
