Have a great weekend

Your 3for2 does not need to be all No 7 items, you can mix and match
Yesterday (I was thinking mens 3for2 was a seperate offer) I bought x3 mens fcuk deodourants, and then a No7, a neutrogena and a garnier.
In reality on my receipt the mens and womens items got mixed by the SA but still show as 2 lots of 3for2.0 -
Had quite a good shop yesterday
Got £1 off time delay facial skin care and 750 points on 2 Ruby and Millie from the ACM
Bought
Time delay gradual tan moisturiser 5.99
Time delay radiance booster 6.99
Soap and glory fab pore - free on 3 for 2 - 5.88
soap and glory foot scrubber 8.50
ruby and millie eye liner brown (10.50) and iwriter green (11.50)
Used £5 voupon, 750 pts R and M, 100 points on S and G accessories, £1 off time delay, 250 points when you spend £35 and double points
Really lovely sales assistant in Birmingham High Street who tried all coupons quite happily - NB tried to also use £1.50 off when you buy 2 time delay and £2 off Premium bathing but bleeped. Strangely it only gave me 44 normal points and it was the SA who said it didn't look right so got manager who agreed I should have had more and manually added the missing ones
Paid just over £35 for the lot and got 1450 points backBack to comping! July wins: Frylight August wins: Pixar DVD, Diesel Watch,£75 hamper brioche products September wins bath soak
Thanks to everyone who posts comps and help :beer:0 -
Thanks anyway
now i am on the hunt for a decent cloth and no7 hot cleanser, all my locals are sold out, just bought a new nail varnish with last voupon.
I dont fancy the loreal voucher for anything ( can i believe my own ears) if the no7 comes back the fun will begin again
Have a good weekend, we are potty training our 2year old so not going far!!!

Jeez, some of these excuses/reasons that the SA's come up with are amazing. Maybe they were dictators in another life
It would make for great reading if we had a thread for excuses given by SA's.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
Btw, the 250pt vouchers that were in the last No7 GWP, state that they are to be used against skincare (including mens).
I managed to use mine today with the No 7 Amazing eyes pencil and the metallic eyes pencil .
I don't know if the particular items were glitchy or if it will scan with any No7 item . I paid £1.80 after £5 voucher and got 250 pts back.
Worth doing if you don't want to spend a lot and don't need any more wipes.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

Should that last sentence also include nail varnishes:p:o I have tons, thanks for the heads-up re the GWP points voucher xThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -

Some of the most appreciated No7 things I give to DD's teachers are the handbag mirror and pouch (£1 after spending a voucher), or a nice nail colour (there are loads to choose from, £1.25 after spending a voucher) and there is a nice boxed eyelash curler too, again £1.00 or £1.50 after a voucher. The 4-in-1 quick thinking wipes are a bargain at £1.50 after spending a voucher too. There is a mini make-up brush set too, which is £3 after spending a voucher.
If you don't find yourself with more useable vouchers to spend in Boots before the end of the school year, you can always bulk up a No7 gift with wipes, or nail polish remover pads etc from other places (pound shops, Wilkinsons, Tesco etc etc)
If you do shop in Boots anyway (I will only buy my toiletries in Boots on special offer, but there are usually lots of bogofs etc around the store on toiletries) you might eventually find yourself with a nice little stash of goodies to gift to your DD's teachers.
If there is another offer with Soap and Glory - their mini range is fabulous, perfect for teachers gifts (they were one third off recently, and so only about £1.50 for a hand cream, or a body scrub etc).0 -

Hi tee pee.First of all, ditto everything that balletshoes said! A GWP means "Gift With Purchase" and these normally accompany a spend of over £18 on No 7, in one transaction, and sometimes you might get a holdall with a perfume purchase etc.
If you have some gift bags (I tear the label off all my Christmas ones, and re-use them), then stuff some tissue paper in them, then tastefully lay your purchases inside, put a bit more scrunchedup paper on top, and hey presto! - a nice gift. I use things like that as cheer-up presents for my friends in hospital etc.
As an ex-teacher I was always thrilled to receive anything from my students, especially as I knew their parents were the ones shelling out, and a notelet or card, with a few well chosen sentences, meant more than anything else.
I've still got some I received 30 years ago!!!! Mind you, I did read in the papers that in some areas, parents are giving holidays, Tiffany bracelets and things like that!
Never in my day! :rotfl: HTH.
xx
Mind you,0
