uugh I feel like a total fool, Yes he does have 99.1% positive feedback but when you actually look at his feedback..this isn;t unusual and he has a fair amount of negs and neutrals. I suppose the amount of his sales keeps the feedback at 99%.

I have never negged anyone ever and I suppose that he deserves it for nothing else but his rudeness

Edited to Add..I think that I made a mistake and I opened the dispute with ebay and not with paypal, does this make a difference or should I now open a dispute with paypall also. eeps..I think TSFE applies to me
