Increase of insurance premium when you pass your test

Sorry for sounding like a complete idiot , but do all insurance companies hike the premium when you pass your driving test, or does anyone know of any company where it remains the same. Rather pay bit more up front .

i would expect all to increase
fact is as a newly passed driver your risk rockets up
as i learner you are supervised and showing L plates

They didn't change the premium when I passed. I also did Pass Plus and send certificate off to them and got a refund of £200 odd.

Zurich didn't change mine, although I was only a named driver.
