win some fabulous prizes, including a chance to make pasta in the Fifteen Cornwall kitchen
Padstow Farm Foods has just grown and harvested a crop of durum wheat grown not in Italy but in Cornwall. With the wheat now milled into flour Fifteen Cornwall will be making the very first Totally Cornish pasta (thats right, pasta and not pasty!). To celebrate they'd like you to get creative and draw your own Cornish pasta shape. There's lots of Italian shapes farfelle, parpadelle, penne, fusilli and orecchiette etc but what Cornish pasta will you think up and what will you call it? Post your drawings on their Facebook page and the most inventive pasta will bag the winner dinner for two and a chance to make their pasta in the Fifteen Cornwall kitchen with their professional chefs!
