Dublin hotel recommendation around Temple Bar

My friends and I are looking at a chepish hotel, around 50 euros per person, in the Temple Bar part of Dublin. We will only be staying one night so somewhere where we can dump our stuff and sleep of our hangover

Anyone got ideas?

I'd recommend doing a search on https://www.venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance!)
Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W

    Hope that helps

I've just returned from 2 nights in Dublin and stayed at Jury Inn- Christchurch. It was perfect for what we wanted. It was about 5-10min walk to temple bar (so far enough to not be too close but near enough). I think we paid 119 euros per room (not per person) and rooms sleep 2 adults and 1 child. I booked direct with the hotel online as couldn't find it cheaper.

There were loads actually in temple bar itself if you're looking for something right in the middle of it- all roughly the same price so you should have no problem.

    Thanks

Just came back from a hen weekend in Dublin (which was really good), we stayed in a hostel (very basic but clean) which worked out about £24 each, their was 5 of us and we stayed in a room for 8 (there was originally more going), but there was other rooms. Will have to find out what it was called, but there are plenty around. The one we stayed at was 5-10 from temple bar and about 2mins from shops.

Dont know if you still can, but about 7 years ago we stayed over in the university - teh student accomodation was available during teh summer break. It was a bit basic, but OK for a night or two.
