What's diff. between Sony pic frame DPF-X1000, X1000N, X1000NB & X1000B?

When I search for either X1000N (which seems to be the name used most often and the one Sony uses) or X1000, I get different 'retailer' results.
See what I mean here, google.co.uk.
I presume the picture frame is pretty much the same wherever it's sold and in whatever country, but do the letters indicate something important?
