If you have lost the disc and the seriel number then you are probably stuck.
Do you have the reciever also (gps antenna)?
From ebay the tomtom software is cheap but probably counterfeit. from TomTom itself the price is a bit higher.

It isnt quite as simple as just having the cd's with the maps installed on them. They require activation which involves a number that I am sure is on the cd envelope or memory card box. if you dont have those number then its pointless getting coppies of the cd's
Alot of the ones sold on ebay are hacked/pirate versions that bypass the activation process. these maps dont work with the genuine version of tom tom so are useless if that is the version you have.
How to work out what you have if dificult unless you have the original tom tom memory card that is branded as tom tom and the official tom tom gps receiver. if you have these then you could try to contact tom tom and see if they can help. Like I said the maps on the cds still require avcivation whihc normally means paying for them. They give you all the cd's an a licence for the GB map you buy licences for the rest of the maps.0 -
Contact TomTom see if they can help, but I would avoid dodgy copies as you could end up in accident if the maps are wrong or worse still in France. My Mind wanders, if found please return.0

Thank you for your replies. Yes we do have all the accessories and receivers etc, its just the cd of the maps that has been mislaid. I shall ask them again to look through all their bits for it and if still no joy I will write to Tomtom.
Thanks
