Has anyone seen a ladder like this in the UK?

I have a large (6m+ tall) stairwell to decorate but the stairs aren't suited to normal ladders.
The stairs are a tight U shape, and fairly steep, and each stair is at an angle to the other (ie the steps rotate on the way up to make the U shape).
Thanks.
