Entitlement for student finance less than last year

Options
Hi, hoping for some advice on student finance.
Last year my daughter was entitled to
Tuition fees £3225
Maintenance Loan - basic loan (non incomed assessed) £3564
Plus loan subject to income assessed £1386
Less loan substituted for grant £364
Less assessed contribution to living costs £0.00
Total £4586
Supplementary Grant £728

Now to this years.
Tuition fees £3290
Maintenance Loan-basic loan(non incomed assessed) £1386
Less assessed contribution to living costs £652
Total £4298.

No mention of supplementary grant, plus the difference in living costs.
My daughter has written to them -no reply. Can anyone tell us if the figures should go down. She's had a letter from them to sign, but it says the assessment is final and she's concerned that if she signs then she won't know if the fugures are correct. And if she doesn't sign they have said she won't get any funding!! Sorry this is a bit long-winded.
Help??

She'll be starting her second year. They didn't ask us for financial details and when I rang to speak to them they said they didn't need them as we had provided them last year. I questioned that because most people's income does change. But he still said no they weren't needed!

OK assuming the above post is correct. Are you saying she is getting the same loan amount but less grant?
