Many thanks for the replies. We have done our research and Mum and friend are booked with Fred Olsen for a Baltic cruise in June. Mum is a lot better now although not one hundred percent.

Mum was indeed worried about it being "Too Posh". She has lost all confidence since becoming a widow. I am sure this holiday with her lifelong friend will go someway in restoring that confidence.

Great choice! They will have a ball, and it definitely won't be 'too posh'.
