Can't get in contact with Company, help!

I joined Avagoo last week, a web hosting company that was voted #1 on independant review sites. A week later i have realised that it is rubbish as i cannot do anything on it and I can also access other peoples accounts which isnt very good at all!
They offer a 30 day money back guarantee so I have been trying to call them for days, there is always an answer phone message and they never call back. I have tried emailing twice but no response and their 'live chat' doesnt work. I just dont seem to be able to get in contact with them to get my money back. What can i do?:eek:

Hmmm, so you have exhausted all lines of communication have you? Try the ancient art of writing a letter. This can be achieved with paper and pen. Legends have it that a letter can also be produced using a computer and printer.

I would recommend that this is sent via recorded or special delivery.
