Every time I open a new window, in I.E, I have to maximize the window manually. It used to open to the maximum before. This happens all the time. What is a novice to do? Please help.
Thanks

Don't know if this is the proper "techie" way, but this is what I do.
1. Close all your browsers
2. Start one session of IE
3. click the two squares button, next to the red X at the top right hand side
4. Use the mouse to drag the four sides to fill the screen as if it was maximised
5. File - exit

I think this happens because you or someone minimised the window before. When you do this several times, it "remembers" how the window was. I often minimise mine to half the size of the screen, so two documents can sit side by side, and this is "remembered" after about the third time of doing this manually.0
