Casio Camera - Dire customer service

Earlier this year my 2 week old camera was broken - lcd cracked - making it unusable.

I thought about whether it was worth fixing, should I try it myself and decided instead to have Casio repair the item for £73 plus my postage.

After a number of weeks the camera came back, new screen but no battery. I called and emailed but nobody would send me the battery and certainly nobody put their hand up and apologised.

I contacted my bank to dispute the VISA transaction. They have just called and offered to pay for the battery. Great offer from firstdirect :T who have done nothing wrong but my perception of Casio customer service is ZERO:mad:.
