Who do I contact ?

Hi,

Hope someone can help, sorry for being a bit thick but just starting to go down reclaiming route and not sure what to do.

Have a debt with Shopdirect that has now been bought by Lowell Financial. I am about to send an offer of repayment to lowells but who do I send SARS letter to, Shopdirect or Lowells ?

In the last letter received by Shopdirect they said that all correspondence had to be made to Lowells now, so not sure what to do.

Also, when I send £10 fee by postal order, do I leave it blank or not ? Sorry, do I sound thick ? Mmmmm.....thought so :o

Thanks
Ju :)

To get a list of charges you incurred on the Shopdirect account, send the SAR to Shopdirect.

(Any fees added by the collection agency above and beyond the debt owed to Shopdirect should be itemised by the collection agency in their demand.)

Also make the postal order out to the name of the company (e.g. Shopdirect, but check the exact name). A blank PO is effectively the same as sending cash.
