Dont want to sound negative but i warned my wife of 2 years for months about our money problems, when i finally contacted a DMC (Greg Pennington) they said we could clear our debts with a DMP in 8 years which would have given us cash to spare and live comfortably. When i told my wife in Jan 2010 she decided she wanted to separate and now i'm starting a BR process and she's on an IVA. At least i know what she really thought of me, oh by the way i had 3 credit cards in my name only used to the max and other unsecured loans of £75000.00 some of which are in joint names. I'm renting with my brother and she is in the marital home which is mortgaged in joint names and i'm NOT contributing to the mortgage payment. I,m 54 years old and starting to feel good about myself already and cant wait to get out of debt and get on with my life!!! BEST TO KNOW WHERE YOU STAND AND MOVE ON!!! lifes too short when you get to our age!0
